Beginner lifting routines help beginner lifters with proper lifting techniques. In order to easily understand proper form, you must do basic lifts that are found in beginner lifting routines. Proper form is extremely important because 1) it prevents injuries and 2) it works your muscles properly so you obtain the best results possible. There is no point in fitness weightlifting if you don’t use good form.
